Scott’s journey into the world of flavor began at the age of five, growing up in Brooklyn with a Perfumer and Flavorist father who introduced him to the lab early. Those formative experiences planted the seed for a lifelong passion—one that would eventually lead Scott through a rigorous seven-year apprenticeship with the Society of Flavor Chemists and a career spanning both large-scale manufacturers and boutique flavor houses.

What sets Scott apart is his perfumer’s sensitivity to aroma and his deep understanding of how flavor interacts with processing variables, pH, and sweetener systems. He believes flavor isn’t just a finishing touch, it’s the soul of the product.
